Rescheduling Policy

As a small family run operation, we rely on your business to continue to exist and offer our services. Please keep in mind that no refunds will be made once a class is booked. To reschedule or receive a studio credit, you have to email the studio (hello@wheelscapepottery.com) at least 48 hours before the start of the class so we have enough time to resell your seats. This is critical for us to not lose an opportunity to fill our classes. Rescheduling is not permitted less than 48 hours before the start of the class, but you are welcome to transfer your seats to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and business. Thank you!
